Days are longer and hotter, and our schedules and routines change. All this alters how our body functions, making us feel more fatigued or even irritable.
Here are a series of tips to your keep your energy up and avoid feeling exhausted:
Stay hydrated even if you’re not very thirsty
Drink water and consume fruits with plenty of water, as it can help you prevent feeling fatigued and improve concentration.
Prepare lighter meals
Prioritise fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Large meals can make you feel heavy.
Move around for a few minutes
Walking, stretching or changing your posture for a few minutes can help to clear your mind.
Take advantage of natural light
