Whether you spend most of your time sitting or standing, active breaks will make your day much more enjoyable.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you heard of them? Active breaks are short breaks that can reduce fatigue, help deal with work stress and prevent a sedentary lifestyle. Doing some simple exercises and stretches is the best way to break up the monotony, gain momentum and continue working (in better physical shape and with more energy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Take active breaks!<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adopting these habits will improve flexibility, muscle tone and posture, decrease stress and make you more productive.
